Why 3D printing

The economical way to make the parts that matter

For small series, injection moulding means paying for expensive tooling before the first good part. 3D printing skips that entirely — so short runs and one-offs are far more affordable, and changes cost nothing but a new file.

It's ideal when a component breaks or a replacement is discontinued or costly to source: we remodel it and print a fresh one, often better than the original.

With over five years in 3D printing — rooted in research and education — we're at home with demanding geometries and unusual requests. Whether you're an established manufacturer or an independent maker turning handmade ideas into products for your own small shop, we help bring them to life — bring us your challenge.

And we stay honest about it: we only promise what we can hold. Every tolerance we quote is measured, not assumed — see the same part below, printed five times and checked with calipers.

  • Swiss production
  • No tooling cost for small series
  • Fast delivery
  • Consumer products & gifts
  • Broken & discontinued parts remade
  • Makers & small shops
  • Unusual challenges

Accuracy

Measured, not claimed

The same part printed five times, each measured with calipers: tight, repeatable tolerances — held tighter than we quote.

What we make

From a single custom part to a small series

01

Industrial parts

Functional components, fixtures and jigs, and small production series with repeatable quality and dimensional checks on request.

02

Private commissions

Custom and decorative pieces, one-offs and prototypes — held to the same standard as our industrial work.

03

Repairs & replacements

Broken, worn or discontinued parts remodelled and reprinted — when buying new is expensive or simply not possible.

Design service

No model? We design it, print-ready

Bring a sketch, a photo, a broken part or a rough idea. We model it from scratch — or re-work your existing file — with printing in mind from the first line: wall thicknesses, tolerances, orientation and strength.

  • Model from sketch, photo or physical sample
  • Redesign & adapt existing files for FDM (DfAM)
  • Optimise walls, tolerances & orientation for strength
  • Reduce print time and material without losing function

Honest & considered

When FDM is the right choice — and when it isn't

A good fit

  • Prototypes and small series
  • Functional, fixture and jig parts
  • Replacement & discontinued parts
  • Complex geometries, fast iteration
  • Personalised gifts & custom decor

We'll point you elsewhere

  • Very high volumes
  • Optically clear or mirror-smooth surfaces
  • Tolerances tighter than FDM allows
  • Extreme heat or load beyond our materials

If FDM isn't right for your part, we'll say so — and suggest a better route.
