Terms of service

1. Prices and estimates shown online are non-binding and for guidance only. A binding offer is confirmed by us in writing after reviewing your request — only a confirmed order is binding.
2. You are responsible for the information, files and specifications you provide and for their fitness for your intended use, and confirm you hold the rights to any content you send us.
3. Payment terms are stated on each order confirmation. Overdue invoices may incur reminder fees and default interest to the extent permitted by law.
4. Delivery times are indicative. Please check goods on receipt and report any defect within 7 days.
5. Items made or customised to your order cannot be returned unless defective. Unused stock items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
6. For a valid defect reported in time, our sole obligation is, at our option, to repair, replace or refund the affected item.
7. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned and excludes indirect or consequential loss. Mandatory statutory liability is unaffected.
8. Swiss law applies; the place of jurisdiction is Bern.

Privacy

OptiFab (Bern, Switzerland — info@optifab.ch) is responsible for your data. We collect only what you provide — your contact details, your message and any files you send — and use it solely to answer your request, prepare quotes and fulfil orders. We never sell your data and share it only with service providers strictly needed to complete an order (e.g. a shipping carrier) or where the law requires it.

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the request or order and any legal retention period. You may ask what data we hold and request its correction or deletion at info@optifab.ch. The site is hosted in Switzerland and uses only essential technical storage (such as remembering your language) — no advertising or tracking cookies.
